If you want super fancy cupcakes, this is the place to go. Lots of creative tasty cupcakes to choose from. You’re paying for the innovation, ingredient quality, and philanthropic aspects too, so it does not come cheap. Great for a special occasion, whether it be a birthday or a treat-yo-self kind of day.

I got some to give away. They didn’t put the dividers/inserts to put the cupcake steady. One fell over and I had to stand it upright and looks like it got eaten some. I was too embarrassed to give this to somebody else.

I'm not too crazy about their cupcakes, honestly. They're dry and flavorless. My daughters love them, tho. I do like the frostings, I guess, but it's a lot of money for a cupcake that's not great. I don't get the hype.

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review for this store. I booked too good to go and didn't come on time. I understand I should follow the rules, but I had some delays. I'm really unhappy on the store's attitude. They could have just give me some small deduction for the money I paid. Instead nothing. So giving them 1 star for my lost money is very reasonable. Will never come back.

If it isn’t a Cupcake Royale cupcake, I don’t want it! I’ve been a customer for years. They have great taste and texture, fluffy and moist. The mango lassi is a current flavor that was very nice. My favorite remains the gluten free vanilla cupcake because it’s a little less sweet than the others. The shops are also always clean and inviting.

Redeemed my birthday cupcake reward here and the worker was so rude. She didn't even say happy birthday to me. Won't be back here again and I don't recommend this place.

i usually love cupcake royale, and my sister bought me some for my birthday through delivery and the cupcake was literally upside down??? i know it couldn’t have just flipped over like that either. like what is this

Probably the best cupcakes I have had since moving to the states. My friends surprises me with them for my birthday. Got to taste a bunch of different flavors I’ve never had. So delicious!
